Refund Policy

At ELOARA, we design products to bring clarity, organization, and ease to your daily routine.
This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and promotional offers — with transparency and consistency.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return or exchange within 60 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.
2. PROMOTIONAL ORDERS (BAG + COMPLIMENTARY MINI BAG)
Certain ELOARA products include a complimentary mini bag, offered as part of a curated set.
Please note:
- The main bag is the only item with a defined purchase value
- The mini bag is provided as a complimentary item, with no individual resale value
For this reason:
- Warranty and return eligibility apply only to the main product
- Complimentary items are not eligible for individual return, refund, or replacement
Return Conditions for Sets
- To receive a refund or store credit, both items must be returned together
- Partial returns (keeping the complimentary item) are not eligible for refund
- Exchanges are limited to the main product only, subject to availability
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 MAIN PRODUCT
If the main product is confirmed defective:
- A replacement will be provided at no additional cost
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, ELOARA may, at its discretion:
- Issue a refund for the value of the main product, or
- Provide store credit of equal value
3.2 COMPLIMENTARY MINI BAG
If a defect is found exclusively in the complimentary item:
- Replacement or refund is not guaranteed
- Any resolution will be evaluated individually
Approved solutions in these cases are considered a gesture of goodwill, not a standard policy.
4. RETURNS BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Expectation mismatch
Are not eligible for refund if the promotional set is incomplete.
All items must be returned together.
5. REFUNDS
When approved:
- Refunds apply only to the value of the main product
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Processing time:
- 7–10 business days after approval
- Additional 1–3 business days depending on your payment provider
6. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Returns must include valid tracking information
ELOARA is not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
7. REPLACEMENTS
- Only one replacement per order will be issued
- Complimentary items do not qualify for replacement
8. ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTIONS
In selected cases, ELOARA may offer an alternative solution, such as:
- Sending an alternative product at no additional cost
- Allowing you to keep the original item
This is offered:
- At our discretion
- As a final resolution
- Without obligation for future cases
